The "15-Spray" Test Rule

Feel free to test the perfume 2–3 times to see how it suits your aura.

Eligibility: The perfume must not be used beyond 10-15 sprays.

(The bottle must be returned in good condition, not damaged or tampered)

Exchange Policy

  • Free Delivery: We bear all shipping costs for exchange orders. You won't pay for delivery.
  • 0 COD Charges: Your exchanged product will be delivered with zero extra fees.
  • Price Adjustment: If you choose a different priced item, the difference will be adjusted.

Refund Policy

  • Verification: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you on WhatsApp.
  • Bank Transfer: Approved refunds are processed directly to your bank account or wallet.
  • Quick Process: The entire process is completed within 2–3 working days.

  2. Send a clear picture of the perfume bottle to verify usage level.
  3. Once our team approves, we will arrange the pickup/return details for you.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will resolve the issue for you as a top priority.

Important Conditions
  • Requests made after 15 days of delivery will not be entertained.
  • Product used beyond the 10-15 spray limit cannot be returned.
  • The bottle or sprayer must not be tampered with or damaged by the user.
  • Items sent back without prior WhatsApp approval will be rejected.
